Ok, I start training tomorrow for a route sales driving job. It's mostly just stocking and driving. Not really sales. Anyways, I have to train for 1 month and I'll be spending alot of time in the truck with the guy. I'm naturally shy, so I'm bad enough at making small talk, but 1 month could be real awkward. I can only ask so many questions about the job. Have you guys ever trained for an extended period? Do the trainers usually have plenty of work related stuff to discuss in the truck or no?
